Talking to the students we able to know that, he is a unique example of wise, hardworking, creative and efficient leadership. He proceeded with the utmost compassion for the weak and mentally retarded students. He Helps them to find the perfect path. Umme Habiba Lima and Afia Zahan Rodosy of Kaliganj Karim Uddin Public Pilot High School participated in Asian English Olympic -2017 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.Umm Habiba Lima was the acto finalist of public speaking though she was the young most competitor in that competition. Abu Sakib Chowdhury of Kaliganj Karim Uddin Public Pilot High School snatch away the champion trophy for Bangladesh at the International scrabble Championship held in Nepal. 16 students got awarded and certified in prestigious international Commonwealth essay competition from 2016 to 2019. . He participated E-learning seminar on the help of British Council held in Seoul, South Korea in 2013. He visited the Sir John Cash Red Coat Secondary School in London under the Connecting Classroom of British Council in 2015. He participated the program “ICT for headteachers” under the ministry of education in University of Malya, Kualalmpur, Malaysia on 2017. Assistant teacher of the English department of KUP school Badulul Alam thinks that if all teachers work like him, it doesn't take long for the country to move to the developed country. He is the President of Bangladesh Teachers Association in Lalmonirhat District. He is the Regional director in Rangpur region of the Geist International Foundation. According to him, it is not have built the students efficiency only, but also skills and efficiency of teachers need to be enhanced. From that thinking he launched an online based association named ‘The Committed teachers Team (CTT) ' with the teachers of Bangladesh. He wants that His own Kaliganj Upazila to get a special name "Shikkhanchal Kaliganj” throughout the country. 13 schools of his Kaliganj upazila named "Star school-Shikkhanchal Kaliganj" work together under his leadership to make the model of education. We want to know from Khurshiduzzaman Ahmed about his school. He said "Success should not look just academic result only. This is an overall matter. His father Alhaj Karim Uddin Ahmed was the companion of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. His father served the people as a successful parliament member.
